• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA obligations;
• Financial Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations;
