1jili Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 1jili ("1jili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 1jili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at 1jili.xyz and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or using any 1jili service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and use the 1jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 1jili, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 1jili or any other gaming operator;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• You have not previously had a 1jili account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

1jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 1jili may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of 1jili services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes.

One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 1jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1jili reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 1jili immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Account Verification. 1jili may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification may be restricted or closed.

Account Closure. You may request closure of your 1jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms are not entitled to return of bonus balances.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your 1jili account upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform from time to time. 1jili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. 1jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are published on the Platform.

Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have wagered a minimum amount equal to your total deposit amount at least once. Bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements as described in Section 5. 1jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Prohibited Payment Methods. The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on the 1jili Platform and must not be used for deposits or withdrawals: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset); credit cards (in accordance with Philippine regulations prohibiting the use of credit cards for funding gambling accounts). Use of a prohibited payment method may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your 1jili account constitutes a breach of these Terms. 1jili reserves the right to suspend your account, recover the disputed amount from your account balance, and pursue recovery through legal means where necessary.

1jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry;
• 1jili reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted;
• 1jili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Abuse of Bonuses. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse. 1jili reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

All games available on the 1jili Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generation. Slot games and other non-live games on the 1jili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action.

Live Casino. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are recorded on video. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round will be resolved based on the recorded outcome. 1jili is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round, 1jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 1jili's decision in respect of malfunctions is final.

Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 1jili reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1jili staff or other players through any communication channel.

1jili cooperates fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines and PAGCOR in respect of any investigation into suspicious financial activity. Transactions that trigger reporting thresholds under Philippine anti-money laundering laws will be reported as required by law.

1jili provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of the time elapsed during your gaming session;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from 1jili;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any other website or service;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

Any unauthorised use of the Content may constitute an infringement of 1jili's intellectual property rights and may give rise to a claim for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

1jili's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1jili does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1jili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

1jili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the Platform. 1jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 3.

The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, is always available on this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 1jili, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to the applicable dispute resolution processes of PAGCOR where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter.

1jili's decisions on game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
